Terms and conditions for silver card issuance right NFT

We will disclose the terms and conditions of the silver card issuance right NFT.

1: Introduction

The terms and conditions of the card issuance right NFT (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) determine how to use the Non-Fungible Token (hereinafter called the issuance right NFT) that can exercise the right to issue one type of Cryptospells silver card.

2: About card issuance right NFT

(1) The issuance rights NFT is an NFT that exercises the right to issue a silver card of a specified civilization upon governance voting.

(2) The right to issue NFT will be extinguished once the right is exercised. The issuance rights NFT will have no expiration date.

(3) Silver cards issued using the issuance rights NFT (hereinafter referred to as issuing cards) are added to mining. A part of the transaction fee of the issued card in the in-game market (hereinafter, transaction fee) will be granted immediately as an incentive when the transaction is completed. Immediate incentives are granted semi-permanently for the duration of the service. Details regarding the mining and incentive distribution to which the issued card is added are set out below.

1: If you exercise the issue right NFT “Silver issue right (# 12400001)” that was granted before the guild details were announced, the issued card will be added to the guild mining of your guild. The distribution of incentives for issued cards will be 50% of the sales commission on the account of the issuer of the issuing right NFT, and 20% of the sales commission on the guild at the time of card issuance.

2: If you exercise your NFT while you are in a guild, your issue card will be added to your guild's guild mining. The distribution of incentives for issued cards is 30% of the transaction fee for the account of the NFT exerciser of the right to issue, and 20% of the transaction fee for the guild to which the card is issued at the time of card issuance.

3: If you exercise the issuing right NFT without belonging to the guild, the issuing card will be added to normal mining. The incentive distribution of the issuing card will be 30% of the sales commission on the account of the issuer of the issuing right NFT.

(4) Holders of the NFT can issue the NFT to the in-game market without exercising the right.

3: Determining the Silver Card’s capabilities and exercising the issuance rights NFT

All card illustrations and voices are prepared by the user.
The owner of the issuance rights NFT can freely decide the abilities of the silver card from a combination of existing abilities. However, the ability is announced in a governance proposal and the silver card can only be issued if it is approved in a governance vote.
When making a governance proposal, the CryptoSpells Operation Office (hereinafter referred to as the Office) will set up a Discord forum.
The timing of card implementation will be within 90 days after the use of the issuance rights NFT.
If multiple issuance rights are used at the same time, each card will be valid, and the date on which the card is implemented by the first issuance right will be the timing of use of the second issuance rights NFT.
The issuance rights NFT will be guaranteed to be used for 90 days after its issuance, but after that, it will not be guaranteed to be used in the event that the Office encounters a difficult development situation.
Regarding the abilities of the silver card after it has been issued, a governance proposal to change the ability can be made without the consent of the issuer.

(1) In possession of the issuance rights NFT, please contact the office on the official Cryptospells Discord and tell them that you would like to exercise the issuance rights NFT and decide on the abilities.

(2) When making your inquiry, please prepare the card illustration and voice data, and decide on the name and abilities of the card you want to issue within the range of existing card ability combinations.

*Please let us know if you do not need a voice. *The card name must be in both Japanese and English. *Please agree to the terms of use before submitting the card illustration. *If a copyright infringement claim is made for the illustration, the illustration may be deleted.

(3) After reviewing the proposal, the office will create a forum for the governance proposal. The card name, abilities, card illustration, and voice will be announced on the forum.

(4) Based on the announcement on the forum, a governance proposal will be created.

(5) Once the governance proposal is approved, the silver card will be available for issuance and the issuance rights NFT will be considered to have been used.

(6) The office will decide the implementation date for the card and will announce the implementation date and card contents. As a general rule, implementation will occur within 90 days of using the issuance rights NFT.

(7) After the card is implemented, the secretariat will burn the issuance rights NFT (send the NFT to a wallet address dedicated to burning).

(8) Once the burning of the issuance rights NFT has been completed, the entire process of exercising rights will be completed.

4: Disclaimer

The Operation Team shall not be held liable for any troubles or disadvantages caused by users' troubles regarding the issuance rights NFT, or violations of these Terms, unless the Operations Team is seriously negligence for the instructions and responses of the Operation Team.
