Terms and conditions for silver card issuance right NFT

We will disclose the terms and conditions of the silver card issuance right NFT.

1: Introduction

The terms and conditions of the card issuance right NFT (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) determine how to use the Non-Fungible Token (hereinafter called the issuance right NFT) that can exercise the right to issue one type of Cryptospells silver card.

2: About card issuance right NFT

(1) Issue right NFT is an NFT for exercising the right to issue a silver card of the specified civilization in consultation with the management.

(2) The right to issue NFT will be extinguished once the right is exercised.

(3) Silver cards issued using the issuance rights NFT (hereinafter referred to as issuing cards) are added to mining. A part of the transaction fee of the issued card in the in-game market (hereinafter, transaction fee) will be granted immediately as an incentive when the transaction is completed. Immediate incentives are granted semi-permanently for the duration of the service. Details regarding the mining and incentive distribution to which the issued card is added are set out below.

1: If you exercise the issue right NFT “Silver issue right (# 12400001)” that was granted before the guild details were announced, the issued card will be added to the guild mining of your guild. The distribution of incentives for issued cards will be 50% of the sales commission on the account of the issuer of the issuing right NFT, and 20% of the sales commission on the guild at the time of card issuance.

2: If you exercise your NFT while you are in a guild, your issue card will be added to your guild's guild mining. The distribution of incentives for issued cards is 30% of the transaction fee for the account of the NFT exerciser of the right to issue, and 20% of the transaction fee for the guild to which the card is issued at the time of card issuance.

3: If you exercise the issuing right NFT without belonging to the guild, the issuing card will be added to normal mining. The incentive distribution of the issuing card will be 30% of the sales commission on the account of the issuer of the issuing right NFT.

(4) Holders of the NFT can issue the NFT to the in-game market without exercising the right.

3: Exercise flow

(1) Please contact Cryptospells official Discord while in possession of the issuing right NFT to inquire that you wish to exercise the issuing right.

(2) The effect of the Silver Card will be determined while discussing the Discord DM with the Cryptospells management team (hereinafter referred to as the management team).

(3) The management team will present a list of 50 card proposals that can be implemented. (This system will be implemented from the right to issue the third official tournament prize silver)

(4) Choose one from the list of card proposals presented by the management team and decide on a card proposal.

(5) After deciding on the card proposal, send the NFT to the management. The sending method will be presented at the time of consultation.

(6) As soon as the management team confirms the arrival of the issuing right NFT, the exercise of the right is completed.

(7) It may take some time from completion of exercise of rights to implementation.

(8) We do not accept requests for card illustrations. Please note.

4: Disclaimer

The Operation Team shall not be held liable for any troubles or disadvantages caused by users' troubles regarding the issuance rights NFT, or violations of these Terms, unless the Operations Team is seriously negligence for the instructions and responses of the Operation Team.

5: Legal compliance and jurisdiction

All matters relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

6: Change of rules

(1) The management team reserves the right to change these terms without notice.

(2) When these Terms are changed, they will be announced on the official website and will take effect at that time.
