I will explain the guild function.
Overview
This is the core function of the community in Crypto Spells.
With the guild master at the center, we will work to grow the guild and expand the economic area.
The difference between guilds is (1) use of awakened crypto spells, (2) guild mining "magic stone" and "guild silver".
Guild system
Guilds have positions within the guild and are classified into guild masters, boards, top rankers, and guild members.
Each user can belong to one guild.
Once you have transferred, you cannot transfer until the transfer period of the following season.
Guild Master: Guild owner or user appointed by guild owner
Guild Owner: The user who owns the largest percentage of stock
Guild Holder: Own more than 1 stock of stock
Board: Up to three appointments from Guild Master
Top Ranker: Guild battle leader of each guild
Member: Belongs to Guild
Guild Owner Reward
Guild owner rewards can be withdrawn by users who have one or more guild stocks.
In fixing the problem that the SPL purchase by ETH of the guild member the other day is not reflected in the stock reward distribution, the previous reward distribution contract was malfunctioning, so we will build a new contract with the maintenance on March 17, 2022. bottom.
As a result, the rewards distributed before the problem occurred are separated from V1 and the rewards distributed by the new contract are separated from V2. Please understand that you will need to pay for gas when you withdraw rewards from V1 and V2.
Rewards can be withdrawn from all guild stocks you own, or you can choose to withdraw from individual guild stocks.

Guild Revenue (SPL)
The following will be accumulated in the guild at SPL as guild revenue
(1) 50% of the in-game trading fee for "magic stone" issued by guild mining
② 50% of guild rental fee
③ 20% of Guild Silver sales commission
-Silver issue right NFT already issued as tournament prize: SPL of 50% of trading fee will be returned to issuer
-Silver issue right NFT to be issued in the future: SPL of 30% of trading fee will be returned to issuer, 20% will be returned to guild
④ Guild Battle “World Battle”
-10% of in-game trading fees will be deposited and distributed according to the outcome of the Guild Battle "World Battle".
Guild Dedication and Guild Funds
When you dedicate a Bronze Card, Silver Card, or Replica Card, your guild will accumulate Dedication Points, and you can also earn the same amount of souls.
Bronze card: 2 points per card
Replica card: 100 points per card
Silver card: “500 + card level x 20” points per card
The next month's guild funds will be determined based on Dedication points and last month's gold card sales amount.
50,001 points or more: 5% of gold sales x 100%
30,001 points to 50,000 points: 5% of gold sales x 70%
10,001 points to 30,000 points: 5% of gold sales x 40%
0point to 10,000point: 5% x 10% of gold sales
Guild mining
The current mining emission cards will be classified as normal mining / guild mining.
We plan to update the whole mining system in the future, but there will be no change in classification.

Regarding magic stones, there is a possibility that it will be a silver card instead of an NFT from the viewpoint of the premium display method.
By using magic stones for cards of the same rarity and civilization, you can make the card frame premium. We will consider effects in the future.
Guild Battle
Guild battle is a guild battle in the form of a rank battle with 5 guild members. The ranking is determined by the rate system, and the winning or losing is determined by the ranking points of the top 100 rankings. The regulation is "Unlimited" for each legend card.
Guild Battle rewards and regulations vary by season.
Guild dedication
Each time a bronze or silver card is burned, dedication points will be accumulated in the guild at the following rates.
・ Bronze card = SPL decomposition rate x 10
・ Silver card = Asset value x 500
・ Replica (silver) = 100
Crypto spell develop timing
At 24:00 on the 7th of every month (the last day of the preparation period), the total number of voting points will determine the number of cryptic spells to be awakened, and the awakening of the previous season will be reset.
Crypto spells are developed at the first scheduled maintenance after the start of the season. Awakening lasts until the last day of the preparation period for the next season.
Season cycle (1 month)
Preparation period (1-7 days of each month)
Once a member of the guild, you can change your guild only during the preparation period.
You can only change your guild once per preparation period.
During the preparation period, the guild master and guild owner can perform the following operations.
・ Appointment of board
・ Change in revenue share
・ Determine the range of revenue distribution to the top rankers (eg, up to TOP10, up to TOP30, etc.)
