# モデレーター制度

CryptoSpellsはユーザー主催の大会・イベントが活発なゲームです。

この活動をさらに広げるためモデレーターを募集し、運営事務局もそれをサポートします。

・PJ盛り上げ (大会開催・イベント開催・ユーザー主催大会情報拡散等)\
・初心者のサポート

## 権限 <a href="#id-93dc" id="id-93dc"></a>

セキュリティの観点より公式DiscordサーバーのBAN権限等の特別な権限は与えられませんが、モデレーターと運営の連絡チャンネルへの権限は付与いたします。

## 募集人数 <a href="#id-5ca7" id="id-5ca7"></a>

最大 3名

## 報酬 <a href="#ba2a" id="ba2a"></a>

継続期間で報酬が変化します。\
報酬配布は3ヶ月ごとに配布されます。\
任期途中でやめられた場合はその任期期間の報酬は配布されません。

1～3ヶ月 1万Soul\
4～6ヶ月 4周年記念カード全種類1枚\
7～9ヶ月 4周年記念カード全種類1枚,1万Soul\
10～12ヶ月 コラボシルバーカード作成権(譲渡はできません)

## 任期 <a href="#id-4549" id="id-4549"></a>

3ヶ月の任期が終了するごとに継続投票を行う。\
継続投票はsnapshotで開催し継続賛成が50％以上で継続可とし、50％未満だった場合は任期終了になります。

※任期終了になったユーザーが再度応募するまで6ヶ月の期間を設けます。

※モデレーターが3名未満になった場合は、運営状況を鑑み事務局が任意のタイミングで募集します
